The essential elements for building a world. Roleplaying games and fantasy fiction are filled with rich and fascinating worlds: the Forgotten Realms, Glorantha, Narnia, R'lyeh, Middle-earth, Barsoom, and so many more. It took startling leaps of imagination as well as careful thought and planning to create places like these: places that readers and players want to come back to again and again.

Many if the steps are familiar, but hearing them said out loud hammers it home. Easy to listen to, helpful, and great for both business people and the average person. The chartered Zarathustra Company had it all their way. Their charter was for a Class III uninhabited planet, which Zarathustra was, and it meant they owned the planet lock stock and barrel. They exploited it, developed it and reaped the huge profits from it without interference from the Colonial Government. Then Jack Holloway, a sunstone prospector, appeared on the scene with his family of Fuzzies and the passionate conviction that they were not cute animals but little people.

A wonderful scifi story hailing back from '67! I'm taken back to my childhood of listen to radio shows like X Minus One... H B Piper was a writer on that show before, too!

A great adventure concerning psychology, ecology, law, and dangers of unchecked business. Messages still very relevant today!

Beautiful reading. My only complaint us that I found a few character' s voices distracting, and a few others a bit similar.

Please add the rest of the series! Especially Golden Dream: A Fuzzy Odyssey.
