A decent enough book with an incredible amount of Internet sales tactics stuffed inside. Probably would have been better if the writer had broken up the book into a series so that they could cover more greater detail about each individual social media website.

This journal is wonderful! Thinking and writing about the prompts has calmed my anxiety in a way nothing else has. I just bought her other book "The Mindfulness Workbook for Anxiety" and can't wait to get started with that one!
