I read each of these books as they came out and found them hard to put down. Now with the addition of audio the story holds up even better. The characters have depth and relatability. From those who care about others to those who only care about themselves the listener wants to find out what happens next to them.

With this being my second time through I discovered information I missed on the first read (maybe because it was so good, I was reading as fast as I could).

The timeline jumps from before “The Incident” to years after. There are zombies, but the story is not at all zombie heavy. Instead the people each have their unique way of reacting to and dealing with the apocalypse.

I highly recommend this set of audio books. The set is over 37 hours long. The narrator is excellent, giving each person their own distinct voice.

this is a story of two people who meet as children. their love transcends war and the horror of a concentration camp. I listen to the narrative for this book and enjoyed it immensely.

I'm not a fan of romance novels, and since this one had the same old formula shes beautiful he's beautiful they hate each other they fall in love everything is rosy at the end, I wasn't too excited. The writing was well done the narrator was excellent so if you're a romance novel lover than this would be a very good book for you.

clive barker can tell a story in the best way. taking you step by step slowly down the path until you question if what he tells is real. the narrator frank muller gives each voice a uniqueness and brings each person or other to life.
