This is a fun light cozy mystery with well developed characters and an entertaining plot. The mystery is light, well paced, humorous and realistic. I really enjoyed ;listening to this book. It's nice to have a cozy mystery written from a man's point of view. Bob Johnson does a very good job as narrator. He is able to differentiate between the characters and the cadence of his voice makes the story easy to enjoy. I hope the nest book is read by the same author.

I received this book from the narrator for free in exchane for an unbiased review.

This might be an ok book if the lead character weren't so annoying and hostile. The pacing of the story is also frustratingly slow. There are several times that characters begin to say something but then decide to stay mum. The narrator doesn't help either. Her cadence while reading only adds to the slow and frustrating pace. I forced myself to finish this book. I won't get the next one.
