At first the topic appeared to too good to be true. One, that healing involved such simple steps, and two that they shared the entire technique. The foundation set forth in part one substantially explained and supported this methodology of healing. The surprise is how much love, care and compassion is held within the textual message. Dr. Lloyd and Dr. Benson are truly healers outside the standard realm of healthcare who generously tell their personal story and hold hope to those in pain, suffering or at a standstill in life, career or relationships. After listening to the audiobook twice, I'm convinced it holds a significant key and final puzzle piece towards holistic health and healing. Another surprise is the treasure of useful supports from their website. I recommend this book to those who heal, and those seeking healing, and restoration of a meaningful life.
