What can I say love! love! if you love your fairy tales, in this case 'Beauty & the Beast'
and you love them with dark themes and lots of suspense and just enough erotica without going over the top with it and for me personally, don't appreciate vulgar explicit fan fiction sexual books. I need to become involved and feel the characters and need narrators to bring these characters to life! The author has definitely done that with this book. Also the narrator John Tillman absolutely in love with his voice. For me this is a keeper! Hopefully she will bring some other fairy tales to life.... here's hoping (fingers crossed)

A paranormal romance (without spoiling it except it deals with death) It is a 15 hour listen, even though it is long I didn't even notice it just moved so fast with suspense, deeply romantic and engrossing! Narrators bring this story to life. Although would have liked more narration from Matt Lanter. Would I watch it if it was a movie? Most Definitely! A++++++

It was a suspenseful, fast paced listen. Went into it thinking this book will not hold my attention.. well I was wrong the narrators brought the book to life, as If I was watching a movie come to life in my ears! Absolutely ended up loving it! So many twists and turns you don't see coming.. I also loved that Colleen had 3 different narrators for the characters. Asa sounded as evil as he was meant to be! If you're looking for something that is not boring & will hold your attention I mean even at the end there is a twist!!

No prison can keep me from seeking revenge. Especially when it comes to her. She, the woman who put me in jail. I swore that I'd come for her, to claim what belongs to me: her life. I'm not a good man. On the contrary, I love to be bad. It's in my veins. Just like it's in my veins to ruin her. She's an actress, pretending to be a saint, but we both know that isn't true. One way or another, she'll pay for what she did.

Would you consider the audio edition of Stalker to be better than the print version?

Yes, loved the dual narration back and forth between the characters. It's narrated by a male POV and female (although doesn't state that) and must say he was a very sexy reader as Phoenix.

If you’ve listened to books by Clarissa Wild before, how does this one compare?

No this is a first, it's a very dark suspense/romance about being betrayed & getting revenge on the person who betrayed you. It keeps you on the edge of your seat right until the end,so if you're after hot erotica, filled with tension, twists & lots of heat, bought to life by 2 expressive narrators then this audible book is for us!

Which character – as performed by Jennifer Ann – was your favorite?

My favorite was the male character of Phoenix. Vanessa took a while to like, but began to connect with both the characters as the book flowed with so much energy.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

REVENGE IS SWEET AND SPICY

Any additional comments?

It's going to be a bumpy ride of a listen... Enjoy :)

Zachary Webber is my headline, I think that states it all :-) I just see Zach's name on narration for a book & the book is sold for me. As for Zach's performance of Christian Grey he speaks slow enough to hear every word & he became the part.. he is Christian! The book allows us to understand Christian, the readers/listeners needed POV from Grey's side of thoughts & to know what he feels & thinks helps us to understand him better!
No extreme reaction to this book just a better understanding of Christian & that he honestly does love Anastacia, but gives in to his dark side..

Was so good on every level from the author's writing to Zach & Dana's narration it bought the book to life! Very emotional listen. It's a paranormal YA book, but recommend for any age who wants more than just high sexual content, it has romance, sadness, funny moments, twists & if you're after something different and yet compelling then this is for you. This is a beautiful after-life love story! Had me guessing all the way right up until the end.. Thank you to the author Sarah Beard for releasing this on audible, It felt as if I was in there with both Kai & Avery in their emotional journey. Loved it so much it kept me awake all night, couldn't put it down!

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

In the beginning it held me in suspense wondering where it was headed..(a lot of flashbacks without full explanations) cold, clinical, no warmth by the end it was a fizzle for me with not much of a twist. I was expecting more depth to the characters & an emotional bond to them, I didn't feel it.. Without trying not to give anything away, my heading states it all! If you're looking for an emotional love story there wasn't one for me. It is not a dark book, just depressing!

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Would not have given it such a depressing ending!

What does Simone Lewis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Simone although didn't differentiate from male to female, as the female part could not fault her & was able to get through the book thanks to Simone's narration!

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

No!

Any additional comments?

Sad to say was expecting more.. got less!

In Christian’s own words, and through his thoughts, reflections, and dreams, E L James offers a fresh perspective on the love story that has enthralled millions of readers around the world. Christian Grey exercises control in all things; his world is neat, disciplined, and utterly empty - until the day that Anastasia Steele falls into his office, in a tangle of shapely limbs and tumbling brown hair. He tries to forget her but instead is swept up in a storm of emotion he cannot comprehend and cannot resist.

Would you listen to Grey again? Why?

Maybe but only if Zachary Webber as the Narrator, he was the reason that I pre-ordered it as soon as I found he was narrating Grey.. then it was a buy for me!

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
