Brodie Miller is an alpha who has had a rough year living in the city. His omega maxed out his credit cards and left him high and dry. The failed relationship sends Brodie running for a free room at home and the familiar comfort of small town living in Cherry Hollow. He finds a serious job, and a side hustle as a bartender, to start digging himself out of trouble. Porter Eastwood was born into an influential Cherry Hill family. He never missed out on anything money could buy. But Porter soon realizes he has made a serious mistake, and a baby is on the way.

A love story 50 years in the making.... Curtis Walker has lived his life to the fullest and he attributes that to the woman who has always been by his side. The one thing he knows with absolute certainty: he can’t live without her. Especially not now. A love that has withstood the test of time.... It’s no secret that Curtis and Lorrie, the proud parents of the seven wild and rowdy Walker brothers, have found their happily ever after. Now, it’s time for the emotional journey of how they got there.

What an amazing story, a book spans over 50 years and the love and loss of Curtis and Laurie. A love of a lifetime. It covers a wide range of events good and bad, but in the end all is well.

Ramiro has resigned himself that he is too old for relationships and his last hope is the dating app, so he is happy when he is matched to a young omega Erik. Erik is happy to learn but doesn't want to have a relationship, but feelings happen and Erik runs, only to find out he is pregnant and after a time heads back to let Ram know. It all works out in the end and the dating app has a successful match. I love Randi's narration as he improves with every book.

Conor: It starts with a drunken text pic. The kind I would normally never send. Only, instead of it going to the flirty hotel bartender, it goes to some random stranger who actually responds. Wells: The first thing I notice about Conor Newell when he sits down in my high-rise conference room is how delightfully nervous he is. Then I see his tie. The same geeky tie that’s held hostage on my phone. The one that belongs to my anonymous late-night texter. And it changes everything.

There are certain truths evident in the new state of the world: humans are less than nothing, supernatural beings reign supreme...and Elias Ivers always gets what he wants. When he finds out his prized human slave has been snatched away from him by Khaz, a low class whore, and made a vampire, he doesn't care what he has to destroy to claim Noah as his own.

This is well done, I liked how we were able to see how the world they live in was structured. Khaz has to help his new child Noah in how to be a vampire, but they both pay the price to Elias for Noah being taken away from him and being turned into a vampire. Also seeing how Jace was becoming sadistic like his Elias.

With Sam’s help, I’d improve my grades and stay on the team. What neither of us expected is that after studying, there was more I could teach him. After Jayden’s father died, he felt lost and alone. Nothing made sense to him anymore except for the ice and skating. It was there he could lose himself. With playoffs approaching, everything he had worked so hard to achieve was in jeopardy.

New to me narrator who does a really good job with his characters voices. Jayden is an Ice hockey player who needs to bring up his grades, In comes Sam his tutor who turns out to be more. I really enjoyed the side characters especially Sam's sister and her son. The team support was also done well, except for the 1 who was out to hurt Sam. Well written

Promise, Michigan, is very much like every other small town across the state. Built on the edge of a lake, the homes sit in neat little rows in cute little neighborhoods. During the summer Promise bustles with tourists who come to spend their vacation dollars and enjoy the lake's refreshingly cold water. But Promise holds a terrible secret. In the center of the lake is an abandoned island where a curse is rumored to wait for victims, unabated, and deadly.
