It's a great space opera with a lot of moving parts. With the mismatch of words from different languages, their actual pronunciations, and ensemble cast you can get lost in the sauce. But like life on the moon, you learn to adapt. Once it all clicks, it's a fantastic ride that goes from 0 to 60 in no time!

I purchased this audiobook series on a whim with an extra credit I had left over. Best purchase on here ever. Everything from the narration to the characters are fantastic. Definitely recommend.

It's America in 1962. Slavery is legal once again. The few Jews who still survive hide under assumed names. In San Francisco the I Ching is as common as the Yellow Pages. All because some 20 years earlier the United States lost a war - and is now occupied jointly by Nazi Germany and Japan.

Very interesting seeing a "what if" inside of a "what if" story. I enjoyed it for the ride that it was, but do feel as if the ending was slightly rushed and the serendipity of it all was a little too much. Would still recommend though.
