August (Auggie) Pullman was born with a facial deformity that prevented him from going to a mainstream school - until now. He’s about to enter fifth grade at Beecher Prep, and if you’ve ever been the new kid, then you know how hard that can be. The thing is Auggie’s just an ordinary kid, with an extraordinary face. But can he convince his new classmates that he’s just like them, despite appearances? R. J. Palacio has crafted an uplifting novel full of wonderfully realistic family interactions, lively school scenes, and spare emotional power.

I loved all the diversity of personalities and characters. I also like how you get to see through multiple point of views. I chose my rating because it is a book full of emotions with people who you start to become close to and it is never
boring

Ravi Zacharias was born in India and has literally moved from the East to the West and the West to the East and repeated the cycle again and again to answer skeptics' questions about whether God is alive, who Jesus is, what is truth, and whether we can really find absolutes. Ravi has spoken of his own journey only in bits and pieces in his other books and talks.

Any additional comments?

Really liked this book. As far as Ravi books go, this one is a lot easier to understand. I love his knowledge on so much stuff, but he is extremely intelligent and talks above my head sometimes. But this book doesnt get that way.

How does he do it? By caddying ("looping") for top players, celebrities, and some really bad run-of-the-mill golfers, Reilly gains insight into the minds of golfers, their winning or less-than-winning ways, and what they actually mutter when they're in the middle of play.

Would you consider the audio edition of Who's Your Caddy? to be better than the print version?

Yes!! narration was perfect for this book!!! Couldnt have put a better fit..

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Laugh!!! I Loved this book and recommend it to everyone i discuss books with. I read lots and lots of books, but i dont read fiction and mainly read business, This book was a step out of the norm for me, but i actually listed to it twice because someone i told to read it, called me laughing out loud about a part in the book he was at and we got discussing it and laughing so hard i loaded back on my phone and listened again. You will not regret getting this book. (some foul langue in a few small parts) But otherwise GREAT GREAT book...

Good read, not good Business!!

Overall
3 out of 5 stars

Here is the thing, the book is a good listen. It was a crazy trip the man took from start to finish and made for an exciting listen. But as for a business book, not good. There is nothing business about it. The book should be in Entertainment section.
I am in business, and i can tell you, if you are doing $46 millioin a year in rev. and not making a profit. you have issues and a horrible business plan. Yes in the end it worked out for him, but 999 out of a 1,000 times the person will be writting a book on how they lost everything. And he almost did, dont get me wrong i know how the story ended and they deserve everything they got in the end.
But not because of great business, if anything, it shows when the owner of Amazon (a real business man) wasnt interested in the company until years later when really business people made it profitable....
With that being said, like mentioned earlier, great listen, exciting, but dont plan on learning anything to help you in your business.. this should be in entertainment..

This book is not a Snuggie. The words on these pages will not go down like Ambien. I’m not writing to calm or coddle you. With God’s help, I intend to incite a riot in your mind. Trip your breakers and turn out the lights in your favorite hiding places of insecurity and fear. Then flip the switch back on so that God’s truth can illuminate the divine destiny that may have been lying dormant inside you for years. In short, I’m out to activate your audacious faith.

Thought this was a great book. Read lots of reviews on other sites before i bought it. The people with the bad reviews seem to be people looking for anything to be negative about. Listened to the whole book and really have nothing bad to say about. Very good listen!!!
