What disappointed you about Reckless?

The narration is horrid

What was most disappointing about Chrissie Hynde’s story?

The narration makes it hard to choose

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Rosanna Arquette and Chrissie Hynde ?

Hynde herself.

What character would you cut from Reckless?

The reader

Any additional comments?

I couldn't follow the story well because the narration was so bad. I never knew Arquette was unlistenable

I hated the Alice in Wonderland quotes that preceded each chapter and were read in some bizarre British accent. I appreciate the honesty but was totally grossed out by the length of time she prostituted herself to a really disgusting lecherous senior citizen. I found it sad and I am glad she finally moved on in her life to live normally.

Would you be willing to try another book from Arnold Schwarzenegger? Why or why not?

He's not that interesting

What else would you have wanted to know about Arnold Schwarzenegger’s life?

Zip.

Any additional comments?

If you are going to put everything out on the table, then do that. People are not stupid and can tell when you are lying.

What made the experience of listening to God Help the Child the most enjoyable?

The story. But the author should not have read this book on Audible it's irritating to listen to her at times.

How could the performance have been better?

With a better narrator reading the story

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Listening to the book was barely tolerable because of the authors reading in English is not great. While his pronunciation of each word is fine it is noticeable making the pace of the reading unpleasant to listen to because it doesn't sound comfortable.

Would you be willing to try another one of Heydar Radjavi’s performances?

Not unless his English reading style gains a more natural, comfortable sounding pace.

What else would you have wanted to know about Heydar Radjavi’s life?

The stories are good but the reading takes away from the various stories and makes a listener struggle through if they can stand it

Any additional comments?

Someone other than the author should do the English narration
