We are currently doing this book and its accompanying guide in our women's study. I don't have issues in my marriage but I am still taking away knowledge and insight. Its s great book!

Good cookbook for those following this type of eating. I find the recipes easy to prepare and do not require too much time. I find I feel better eating this type of diet and I have a lot more energy. There is also a nice variety of recipes.
