I come from a society where we overthink things. This methodology is something I am trying, I have managed to do the alarm challenge.Mels practical stories and suggestions really resonates with me and I can see this having an impact on my life.I am inclined to read it more slowly and really assimilate the suggestions.

This book reminded me of the importance of discipline. It reminded me of a phrase adopted in our struggle against apartheid high discipline and high morale .This is so absent in our society today. We all can achieve so mouth more if we followed such examples as that of the Seals .

I often listen to self help books. What makes this in a class of its own is Zigs own experiences that he shares.I learnt and could identify with his journey.I really enjoyed this.I would recommend this series to anyone.I will listen to it again,so that I could learn something new that I may not have heard the first time.

This book a subject that I think we all should be reflecting on.The format is excellent and the benefit derived from doing the exercises is what makes the difference.i enjoy the stories .I Am one that learns from the lives of others. This makes a big plus ,since it is what makes the principles a reality.

What I really like is the thoroughness of the programme .I am torn between two worlds one which said that I needed to listen to one topic at a time assume late it and then move onto the next.
This would have meant listening to 5 different short programmers.but there are distinct advantages to having this as a resource in one place to listen to parts again.

I have enjoyed it I took my time .I know I want to revisit sections.hopefully I can share my experiences with the nightingale foundation.

I enjoy learning new things and have learnt so much from this and would recommend it to others.

John Maxwell has once again shown through this his insight into leadership. In a world crying for ethical and great leadership .John shares his insights in a very poignant way .This vast and important subject which we have not mastered ,he brings us closer to to the fundamental question which we each need to answer .How can I be a better leader ?We all lead in some small way.
I really enjoyed his insights and sharing and will hanker and search for more to improve my leadership little.Thank you John.

Will I do it ?

The ultimate test is will I follow through on the suggestions made by Nick.
I will probably remember and implement one or two things on my journey.
The are many practical suggestions which I can do.I enjoyed them and the stories. The scientific stuff I did not really appreciate .Overall it was a good listen .

I think Jim Rohn has provided an exquisite expose on ambition. My one criticism would be that he shared more on individuals who tried these methods .
I enjoyed listening to this audio and would encourage anyone interested in developing themselves.Sharpening their swords to listen it.

I have read many self help books and most of them say the same thing.Jill does try to be more radical encourage the leap of faith.I feel she could have been more forthright .I prefer to learn from others stories ,there were not enough practical examples .i enjoyed it though ,although the constant suggestions and questions were too many .i think we missed an opportunity to have a really amazing book.
