Had some good ideas for creative financing. Solid book to round out your knowledge base, but might not be the best book to start with. Also, he's much more focused on long term rentals and cash flow than short term flipping. Does cover both though. Glad I listened.

Everyone likes the idea of turning the ugliest house on the block into the best house on the block and making a profit. Until now a system has not been shared on how to successfully complete this task on time and budget without getting your hands dirty. This audiobook not only cracks the code but shares the proven path and system to have a systems-based rehab business that makes consistent profits for ordinary, everyday people.

One of the best Audible titles I've ever had the pleasure of listening to! Great voice acting, great story, great characters, very cool universe, and some very detailed writing! Enders game meets a less devastating Game of Thrones. Give it a listen!

Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.
