I loved this audio book. It gives me hope ! I have suffered for years with a broken sleep pattern . Never imaging that TRE could help . I am a 57 year old female and am about 50lbs over weight. I have tried many diets over the years as well as the Keto diet and fasting . I have lost the same 20 to 30 lens many times never quite reaching my goal and always gaining a little more back . I think my lack of sleep has been by biggest obstacle. If I could sleep I think my whole life would be different.
