How does one use audible now, there just are not the features to delete a book, return a book and the help desk is useless. Find another place for listening to books, audible is useless

If you grew up in 60s 70s music then this will be a great nostalgic ride. The reader’s voice is superb, just really enjoyed listening to his voice nearly as much as the music I heard as a kid

Couldn’t listen to the voice again, like a chipmunk. Story is fun, but there are better or maybe it was all over n the voice.

Excellent, interesting account. The reason for the ongoing interest, according to the book, is that these murders heralded the end of the age of innocence, it seems so

The English language at its finest, so well written totally alive. Robert Glenister’s reading superbly brought alive the characters. I would say this is a must, as good as a first class play. Thoroughly enjoyable, don’t hesitate to download

This reader is painful, over excited, sing song, tone all over the place, better to buy & read the book, this guy is hard to listen to, exhausting. Each sentence starts with excitement petering off to an inaudible mumble of the last word. Many times I had to wind back to catch the important last word. The story is exciting, repetitive in parts, having read all of Ben Macintyre books it is still agent Zig Zig which was the best, however I do look forward to his next book, whatever that shall be. I can only hope there is a better narrator, sorry John but the book deserved better.

At the beginning one might feel sympathetic to Ross, by the end that all changes. It was such a wasted life, he could have been remembered and valued for so much more. Sadly I doubt his attitude would change if released, a tragedy for his family & Julia
Will Damron has to be the best narrator, love his voice, tone & accent, perfection

An interesting book if you are in the ‘business ‘, an historian or bogging but if you are looking for more than names & dates you will have to look elsewhere.
