Story felt very rushed. sudden time leaps only made it worse. The story itself was interesting and held my attention but I had a hard time with the way the story was told. I've not read any other books from this author yet so I've yet to decide if it was just the story or the way the author writes.

I really enjoyed this book in the series. In this book Louisa really grows as a character in learning the hard lessons that we usually all do in life. It was nerve racking at times because you didn't want her to go through anything terrible. Very sweet ending though. Recommended for everyone to read this series at some point in your life, it makes you look at your life and enjoy the smaller things. Also makes you cry like a baby. Tissues suggested.

This story really hit deep with me and my past experiences. It had me balling for a few hours. I definitely recommend this as a good read, the book is well rounded with just about everything you can possibly ask for. I found it that it didn't lack in anything. Be ready for your heart to be ripped out and put back together.

This story has great potential. The main story plot is amazing, but I had a big problem with how the story was told. There was huge time gaps then sudden time leaps, it was hard to fully keep up with what was happening. I feel like if there were more details of the days it would of flowed better.

While this book was great, and I love following this series along with any book from Kelley Armstrong, I found this book to be predictable. with the other books in this series I could not predict the main "bad guy". Still recommended as a good read, just know that it doesn't reach the same level as the past few.

Although Lord John Grey is quiet the interesting person, this story had me snoozing a lot. I love Diana's books so I was surprised that I found this one fell short. Granted, it did pick up towards the end of the story, I just wish the rest of the book could of been just as so.

This was the first Kelley Armstrong book I ever read and after re-reading it, it's no wonder why she became my favorite author back then and still is now. Will always recommend for everyone to read.
