Over the years, I have read Jeeves and enjoyed the stories very much, but listening to Jeeves for the first time on Audible was a real treat. Kevin Theis brought this story to life. Each characters voice was unique, and the narrator read each character changing voices as he read without missing a beat. It's safe to say Kevin Theis is my new favorite narrator.

Unfortunately, he's hindered every step of the way by Sinful's current mayor and all-around horrible person, Celia Arceneaux, who wants nothing more than to drive Carter to resign. When a game warden turns up with evidence that implicates a relative of Gertie's, Carter is left with no choice but to arrest the boy, even though no one thinks he did it.

Booze, deceit, threats...why, between the thugs and her overbearing Uncle - remarkably similar - Lennie's got a little too much to handle. Good thing she doesn't have a tendency to fib her way into deeper trouble, just as things are looking their bleakest. Oh wait. She does!

This is a fun, and entertaining story that I will listen to again. Gracia Gillund did a wonderful job at keeping the story going, and clever with all the many voices.

There's nothing like an old fashion wise cracking P.I. story to keep one entertained. Throw in a ghost and some humor, and you have the makings of a fun story. This is a story to be enjoyed and savored.

The narrator G.M. Hague did an great job at keeping the story going at a good pace. I truly enjoyed my time listening to Dead Wrong.

Deep in the forested hills of Hudson's Bay lays the quaint country farm town known as Sleepy Hollow. The area is also well known for being haunted by the Headless Horseman. This story is an adaptation of the 1820 original by Washington Irving. While trying to remain true to the style and flow of the original, the text has been edited and rewritten for the 21st-century listener by award-winning author Basil Sands, who also performed the narration.
