Angel Clark, the narrator was awful. The narration was slow, slow, slow. Will never buy another book she reads.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

More suspense. From other reviews I was expecting more of a thriller, not a science book

What could Andy Weir have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

More suspense

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of R. C. Bray?

Narrator did a good job.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

No

Any additional comments?

The premise of the story is very interesting. Along the same line as any other mystery. It was probably 15 chapters too long. Very repetitive regarding the son and the sheriff. She goes on and on about her son maturing, growing up etc. It became a bit much. Regarding the Sheriff, in bed out of bed, touch me here, don't touch me. Kiss me, don't kiss me. Hold me don't hold me. I love you, no I don't. You get my drift.
Like I said I did enjoy the basic story, just not the extra 15 or so, chapters.

I've bought several audiobooks for a couple of weeks. This is my favorite. The characters are involved and developed through out the story. The plot is very unique. I enjoyed the suspense and outcome.

The killer gives us the story in a very different way. GREAT read (listen). Both female and male readers complete the suspense atmospheric of this book. Loved it!!
