Love that Audible added all these great MoveWith classes. Their teachers are so good and approachable. These meditations will be a great support for the days I’m having a moment or simply need to pause. 🙏🏼

I'm just starting to train for my first half marathon. This is so awesome. Katie guides you through every run and keeps me motivated every step. I love how she talks about her own training experience and gives helpful tips along the way.
