Twists and turns through what could easily be today's headlines. I was caught up within the story. A little like a Joel Rosenberg piece. wonderful writing without vulgarity for the sake of vulgarity.

Don't try to listen to this to go to sleep!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely a recommendable series. Action from the get go.... Intrigue. This author can construct a sentence without filling it with expletives just for effect. Makes the story much better. I was very pleased, this being the first time I've listened to Rosenberg, I didn't know what to expect.

What did you like best about this story?

The intensity and the intertwining of the very believable characters.

Which scene was your favorite?

I think it was the rush to Damascus and all that was entailed. I became quite fond of the lead character...and he was quite a character!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

.....and gasp outloud! We listened as we traveled. It was a great book to share with my husband!
