Eloise Foley, known to her friends as Weezie, has been through the divorce from hell. Her ex-husband Tal (aka Talmadge Evans III) was awarded their house in Savannah's historic district, the house that Weezie had spent years painstakingly restoring to its original splendor. Weezie was awarded the two-bedroom carriage house on the same property. Each was sure the other would sell.

At this point I had already read several of the authors and books before this one. Well I’ve enjoyed them all this one had the most side story attached and surprising ending. I really enjoyed this book. Narrator‘s performance was excellent at the beginning I didn’t know if I was going to like her accent but by the end it was perfect.

As a movie location scout, picture-perfect is the name of the game. But her last project literally went up in flames, and her career is on the verge of flaming out. Greer has been given one more chance, if she can find the perfect undiscovered beach hideaway for a big-budget movie. She zeroes in on a sleepy Florida panhandle town called Cypress Key. There's one motel, a marina, a long stretch of pristine beach and an old fishing pier with a community casino-which will be perfect for the film's explosive climax.

I definitely enjoyed listening to this book. The narrator did a fantastic job I wish the leading males voice could’ve been a dick little different would’ve been nice to
have a man but with what she had to work with she did a great narration. The storyline was good there a couple things that could’ve been developed a little better but for the timeline that you had for narration it works great.

Felt the ending was incomplete. Thee was an epilogue but I still wanted more from the characters. The story climaxed and then it was over. Character development was great.

Just wish there were a few more chapters.
