I’m a psychotherapist working with couples and those that’ve experienced trauma. If those I see in my practice were to read/listen and study this work I might be out of business pretty quickly. Forget any political presuppositions and listen to Dr. Peterson.

In Legend, acclaimed best-selling author Eric Blehm takes as his canvas the Vietnam War as seen through a single mission that occurred on May 2, 1968. A 12-man Special Forces team had been covertly inserted into a small clearing in the jungles of neutral Cambodia - where US forces were forbidden to operate. Their objective, just miles over the Vietnam border, was to collect evidence that proved the North Vietnamese Army was using the Cambodian sanctuary as a major conduit for supplying troops and materiel to the south via the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

Though about a decade old, this book still provided some great insight into some interesting and successful Mormons. The book doesn't shy away from there and perfection but also highlights the ways that they are able to utilize the teachings of their church to excel both as a family man and as high-level executives. It is a quick read/listen and it was definitely motivating for me.

Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park was my favorite movie as a child. It's sparked a lifelong interest in paleontology. I only wish I would have discovered the book sooner! The story was gripping and filled in nearly all of the holes that I found in the film. I recommended this one to my friends and I look forward to listening to the next one!
