Traveling anywhere is a danger, as vicious gangs of Raiders and fanatics called Purity Warriors search for their next victim. Those like Fallon, in possession of gifts, are hunted - and the time is coming when her true nature, her identity as The One, can no longer be hidden. In a mysterious shelter in the forest, her training is about to begin under the guidance of Mallick, whose skills have been honed over centuries.

Second in a series of THE ONE. Very well written; these two novels take a different turn from her usual storylines. Totally gripping, keeps you awake and entertains you with suspense. I love it.

To most people, Fiona Bristow seems to have an idyllic life — a quaint house on an island off Seattle’s coast, a thriving dog-training school, and a challenging volunteer job performing canine search and rescue. Not to mention her three intensely loyal Labs. But Fiona got to this point by surviving a nightmare.

The book was at first different from some of the other books Nora had written. Once I got into it I fount it totally fascinating. The obedience and discipline training was of great value and I believe she's done some research on this. Loved the storyline, how it theaded, and everything.

Sculptor Clare Kimball has captured the attention of the New York art world. But big-city success cannot burn away the half-remembered nightmares that have plagued Clare since childhood. These phantoms of the past have drawn her home to Emmitsboro, Maryland, to the small town where she grew up and where her father died in circumstances never really explained.

It was a typical evening at a mall outside Portland, Maine. Three teenage friends waited for the movie to start. A boy flirted with the girl selling sunglasses. Then the shooters arrived. The chaos and carnage lasted only eight minutes before the killers were taken down. But one person wasn't satisfied with the shockingly high death toll at the DownEast Mall. And as the survivors slowly heal, find shelter, and rebuild, they will discover that another conspirator is lying in wait - and this time, there might be nowhere safe to hide.

Nora has a gift for taking a story, spinning it into a larger-than life work over several decades, all the while keeping you riveted. Couldn't put it down. Another first, and should be made into a miniseries. I'd watch it several times. I'll listen to it several more times before I'm through. Enjoy! 👏

This is the fourth story in the Tarzan adventure novels. This time it is the son of Tarzan, the young Lord Greystoke, who leads us away from the sheltered shores of 19th century England, back to the primitive jungle. Young Lord Greystoke quickly asserts his natural authority in the jungle the way an heir-apparent might ascend a throne but not without a few painful lessons. Accepted by his fellow primates, they rename him, Korak “the killer.”

Nora has such a brilliant way of weaving stories together, from the first one to the last, all the while adding threads to the tapestry giving a unique pattern to each story, while maintaining the integrity of each character in their own personal place in the series. She's truly a genius in storytelling.
