What a natural treat! Launching from the solid science in the author's "The Nature Fix", we're guided into her Nature Labs where we hear the sounds, learn the stories and the meet real people into whom she is injecting a 3-Day dose of Nature. The broad array of audio captures are excellent. The author's passionate and humorous narration and interviews blend into a delight to be shared.
