I am actually sad this part of the Like Us series is over. I adore Maximoff & Farrow, I have not read or listened to any of the other books in this series but I am so consumed that I need to find out what order and go back from the beginning. For me this one was perfect, it was all about them & how strong they are together. Hoping for a Novella or something sometime. Ok I am now dying for Jane’s book- cannot wait!!! Plus all the bodyguards - Really want Oscars story and I definitely need to know more about Charlie. Hope they are getting books at some point.

This was so worth the wait. I wanted to read this story but when Harper Fox announced that it was going to be released on Audio I decided to wait. The story was fantastic, the world building and detail like no other. I could feel the atmosphere listening to the words. Harper Fox had me spellbound, I could not get enough of the love between Caí & Fen. I can’t imagine the research that went into this book, its a special story everything about it- this review is not getting access how wonderful this book really is. The Narration was perfect, the performance only made this book a more wonderful experience.

I had been eyeing this book for some time after FEMME became one of my favorite audiobooks. This was a romantic comedy with a side of paranormal. I love Marshall Thornton's dry, yet subtle humor for me he has a way of easing so many funny lines in. It is "paranormal" but not your typical OTT story, it being a comedy the Ghost is one of the best parts. I enjoy his writing so much, as well as the narration was fantastic.

what a ride, I am amazed at how Caroline Kepnes made me love Joe, with all his insane evil and manipulations. I was cheering for him the entire time - I must be crazy. This one picked up after book 1, for me I enjoyed it more. I was happy to see Joe move on as I did not like Beck, and there were so many new interactions for him - he is so condescending, and that is when I found the most humor in this twisted story. Its great listening to him stereotype all the people he meets and think of who I know EXACTLY like that. For me being a lifelong NY'er, born and raised in NYC the author perfectly captured the NY'er mindset, yes I admit to it. The way you compare every other major city to NY & everything is off. Not saying its a good thing or even true, but there is an attitude, it could be we are all a bit lizard skinned and jaded from living here. Sorry where was I, its fun being in Joes head, his ramblings, he's soooo off and through it all holds himself almost above everyone else.

I heard there is another book which I will run to read, although I kinda want to let it end here with the ????

The audio was perfect, the narration exceptional he really brought Joe to scary life

This was a great start to Santino's new sports/football romance series. I liked both MCs, he did a great job letting us get to know both of them as well as writing their bond. The narration was spot on perfection. I adore Alexander Cendese and he was perfect for the part of Gavin, his performance killed it.

Simeon Boudreaux, the New York Barons' golden-armed quarterback, is blessed with irresistible New Orleans charm and a face to melt your mama's heart. He's universally adored by fans and the media. Coming out as gay in solidarity with his teammate hasn't harmed his reputation in the least - except for some social media taunting from rival linebacker Adrián Bravo. Though they were once teammates, Adrián views Simeon as a traitor and the number-one name on the New Jersey Predators' shit list.

I was so excited for this book, Illegal Contact was so enjoyable, I am a huge Santino Fan & search for a great sports romance book.... so of course i had huge expectations. To add on I picked up the Audible version right away, that hindered my enjoyment of this book. I liked Simeon in the last book but found his character a bit different in reading this one, and he irritated me. For me I could not get a great grip on either MC, they felt wishy washy to me which is usually the opposite of Santino's writing, typically I find his characters to have such defined personalities and its the chemistry the unique way he writes the clash or push/pull between MC's that I adore. I just didn't get it here.

The audio- I am a huge fan of Alexander Cendese, I think he was perfect for the performance of Gavin, that said he would not have been my choice for Simeon and it threw me. IMO the narration for Adrienne was off so this narration threw me. I love Santino so I will look forward to see how he makes us fall for Rocky

So this one is sold as a mystery/breakfast club suspense book. However I didn’t see any comparison to the breakfast club other than the book started with 5 kids in detention. I enjoyed this, it’s full YA, I am particular on this trope. The MC’s in this story were different therefore telling something new about their high school experience/perspective. The mystery kept my instead through the book, but I liked reading the MC’s character development the most. The audio was great.

NEW FAVE AUDIO!!! This was the perfect combination of fantastic book with a brilliant narrator. The story was drink spitting hilarious, I almost wished I had been reading this story so I had the chance to highlight - too many great lines in this book to even count. Fun relationship build with the two MC's, the best side characters. This was like the perfect romantic comedy movie that you could watch 100x and laugh every time.

I cannot rave enough about Joel Leslie - he nailed it, I wanted the book to never end so I could just listen to him forever. I will listen to this again, many times. As great as the story was he added the cherry on top.

I was really surprised by this book, I had passed by it so many times. Recently finishing a book narrated by the brilliant Joel Leslie I needed more of him. The story was great, funny, witty, sweet and I enjoyed the message the book sent. Henry found himself again, made good healthy choices - but for himself. Although he may have originally been pushed by someone else I liked the tone of the book - be who you are and comfortable within your own skin.

Lets talk about Joel Leslie ;)!!!! I am going to stalk his narrations, so talented - he puts so much emotion in his work, again I am swooning over him.
