I was afraid to fly. He made me soar. After years of climbing the ladder of success in the music industry, I finally had everything I could want. Yet I still found myself wandering through life alone. Captain Evan Roth was the one man I never saw coming. Tall, dark, mysterious...Straight. We were both damaged beyond repair and searching for something so elusive we weren't sure it even existed. But, when two broken souls collide in midair, falling is a given. Great new series for me, I picked up this one right after finishing book 1. Again I went back and forth between audio & kindle, I loved Alexander Cendese for Noah, but Iggy as Matt just ....meh. This one was just like book 1, an OTT meeting transforming into a very real story. These boys had fire chemistry and each one had a story. Both of the M/C’s had issues to deal with and IMO the pacing and writing was great. Looking forward to the next one.

This was one I should have DNF'd, the story looked interesting so I figured give stick with it. There were a few things I just could not take - the cliche stereotyping and how inappropriately (IMO) is was handled, I was cringing through much of this one. The campy writing and OTT nonsense is just not my thing

I grabbed this one when I saw the name Alexander Cendese, I always enjoy his narration Again he did a fantastic job with his performance as Kelly, he was so sarcastic. Fo me listening to a good narrator enhances the story, Cendese did an excellent job with the delivering the subtle humor and there is so much of it weaves through this story.

I enjoyed the story overall, it did feel true, as childhood friend their relationship goes through changes - friends to more. The honesty of feelings and overcoming painful/hurtful emotions, outside influences, careers, real life stress. Very enjoyable story, wonderful narration, I just saw that book 2 is being release this month and I am looking forward to seeing what happens next

I loved You and Hidden Bodies, I was anxiously awaiting this book. The beginning definitely caught my interest, yet as the story dragged on and on and on I kept wondering is this going on anywhere? For me it’s just didn’t do it it, I found it was slow, repetitive and the constant repetitive inner dialogue was monotonous, boring and at times depressing. I wasn’t so convinced about soulmates from someone you knew at 13. Chloe I found to be selfish, for me when the character of “Eggs” was introduced in the story it went downhill for me. I enjoyed the narration on John’s character. Sadly I was really disappointed, I loved both in the You series so much, being quite a unique and shocking book I went in expecting the same.

I adore Maximoff & Farrow, I have not read or listened to any of the other books in this series but I am so consumed that I need to find out what order and go back from the beginning. For me this one was perfect, it was all about them & how strong they are together. Hoping for a Novella or something sometime. Ok I am now dying for Jane’s book- cannot wait!!! Plus all the bodyguards - Really want Oscars story and I definitely need to know more about Charlie. Hope they are getting books at some point.

I had been eyeing this book for some time after FEMME became one of my favorite audiobooks. This was a romantic comedy with a side of paranormal. I love Marshall Thornton's dry, yet subtle humor for me he has a way of easing so many funny lines in. It is "paranormal" but not your typical OTT story, it being a comedy the Ghost is one of the best parts. I enjoy his writing so much, as well as the narration was fantastic.

what a ride, I am amazed at how Caroline Kepnes made me love Joe, with all his insane evil and manipulations. I was cheering for him the entire time - I must be crazy. This one picked up after book 1, for me I enjoyed it more. I was happy to see Joe move on as I did not like Beck, and there were so many new interactions for him - he is so condescending, and that is when I found the most humor in this twisted story. Its great listening to him stereotype all the people he meets and think of who I know EXACTLY like that. For me being a lifelong NY'er, born and raised in NYC the author perfectly captured the NY'er mindset, yes I admit to it. The way you compare every other major city to NY & everything is off. Not saying its a good thing or even true, but there is an attitude, it could be we are all a bit lizard skinned and jaded from living here. Sorry where was I, its fun being in Joes head, his ramblings, he's soooo off and through it all holds himself almost above everyone else.

I heard there is another book which I will run to read, although I kinda want to let it end here with the ????

The audio was perfect, the narration exceptional he really brought Joe to scary life
