This is an excellent book on the creative struggle. Just trying to finish something can be such a struggle. This book titles Resistance and how it affects everything you do to make life better.

There are a few weird spiritualist moment's, but the content is solid.

More actual examples would be nice. This book seemed like it was written for those who intuitively pick up on the instruction being given.

It does give a nice structure to a creative process that is difficult for any one person to encapsulate. But the vagueness included here are almost too much mist to grab on to.
