After just five months of dating Janie, Quinn - former Wendell and unapologetic autocrat - is ready to propose marriage. In fact he's more than ready. If it were up to Quinn, he would efficiently propose, marry, and beget Janie with child all in the same day - thereby avoiding the drama and angst that accompanies the four stages of prematrimony: engagement; meeting the parents; bachelor/bachelorette party; and overblown, superfluous wedding day traditions.

"Vince" is a member of the Selected Sinners MC, an enforcer, and an administrator of justice. He is the real-life book boyfriend most women dream of. Handsome, tattooed, covered in muscles, and very alpha, he appears to be a dream come true. One thing most of his MC brothers do not realize about him is that he spends his nights reading romance novels, and has since he was a kid. He lives by a set of moral standards most men wouldn't even dream of attempting.

This is the sixth in the series I think and I have liked them all or I would not have kept reading them, and I am talking binge reading them, but it was this one about a romance book review writer that explained the weird thing that was bothering me. I have to admit I have a lot in common with Sienna in that my audible account numbers in the 500. This is the first time, and I don’t know if it’s because they are usually women, I have encountered an author who wrote scenes regularly with men cumming on women’s faces. It just strikes me odd every time. Not that I am a historical romance reader, but I don’t think it is an every encounter kind of thing if you know what I mean. I have to say that is my only complaint, and it isn’t even a complaint, it’s more of a “Really”.

There was a time when Jake Becker had it all together. He was controlled, driven, ruthless - in and out of the courtroom. Then, six irresistible orphans and their heartbreakingly beautiful aunt crashed into his perfectly ordered life. They changed everything. They changed him. Now he's a husband, an upstanding member of society, a father figure - a family man.

I normally really like Emma Chase’s work and this series, but this one never happened for me. There are several places where it could have, but they fizzle out like wet fire crackers. Still love the characters, but this was a swing and a miss for me.

Eight weeks ago I signed a contract. It seemed like a good idea at the time: a handsome bachelor, luxury accommodations, and a chance to win a prize my family desperately needed. There were some rules, though - lots of them actually. I had to follow the script and avoid dating, sex, or disclosing the terms of the deal. After my self-imposed moratorium on men last year, it wouldn't be hard to live up to my end of the bargain...or so I thought.

I read the other book first which you definitely should not do. While they are both stand alone books, the characters are the same. The character the, I'm just going to call it the second book is based around, I couldn't help but root for him in this book and you are not supposed to be doing that. I think I would have liked it better if. I had just read it first.

Loved this new series by a new author or at least new to me. I'm going to re read this one and take notes of all the Nora Roberts books and make sure I haven't missed any. Storyline was good and didn't feel cookie cutter at all. Excited to continue this series and go on to the spinoff series as well.

I saw all the bad reviews and almost didn't get this one because I didn't want to ruin what had been such a great series. But no worries, she did it again and it feels fresh and really different coming from her side. Really too young to rule. Good read. Always sad to see a good series end. Want to see the next installment you know. Best of luck Kiera!

He should know: he's worked hard to maintain that façade. With inattentive parents who move constantly from city to city, he's learned not to get tangled up in things like friends and relationships. So he'll just keep living like a machine, all gears and wires.

I bought this book as a daily special, so I got it on sale. It would have been unfortunate if it had never crossed my path.

While it wasn't my standard romance, there was an underlying romantic theme in the story that was very sweet and tragic.

It is a cautionary big brother is watching everything you do and you better watch out. Kinda story with some really interesting twists and turns that I enjoyed.

Fantastic. You want to put it down. Read Ten Tiny Breaths, the first book, first so you know the supporting characters first. You don't really get to know Livie at all in the first book and she is truly amazing. There is a time jump between books and Livie is off to Princeton. Her trials and tribulations as she finds herself are a nice story.
