I enjoyed this book. but I have to say, it is not up to my standards for Mitch rapp. in my opinion, this book was too political , and did not have enough action. I like it more when Mitch rapp goes after the bad guys. I understand that his character is evolving as he gets older, but he is becoming more like a politician wrangling the cia's agenda. I hope in the next book, there's more action and less politics. I would recommend this book, The Listener should be aware that it is a lot of politics rather than action.

I loved this book . It reminded me of Lee Child's Jack Reacher. Tom Sexton is a navy veteran and has been used to a nomadic lifestyle - much like Jack Reacher. The author does a tremendous job of bringing the Characters to life. I could not stop listening. No politics , just non-stop action. a great read!

Loved it! Not about trump, rather what it means to be a leader and patriot. It is not a partisan book.

Lane is a typical teenager - loving family, good grades, after-school job at the local animal hospital, martial arts enthusiast - but her secret obsession is studying serial killers. She understands them, knows what makes them tick. Why? Because she might be one herself. Lane channels her dark impulses by hunting criminals - delivering justice when the law fails. The vigilantism stops shy of murder. But with each visceral rush the line of self-control blurs. And then a young preschool teacher goes missing - only to return in parts.
