Tremendous clarity and understanding about getting your desired outcome!
This book is great for those caught in a conflict and the intended outcome seems far off and unattainable. Understanding why you’re really involved in the first place and how to get what you want is essentially what this book is all about! I’ve been involved in heated negotiations and emotional conflicts which lasted years. Loosing sight of your outcome happens and can cost you dearly. I loved the clarity and would definitely recommend reading this more then once!
