It is disturbing to think anyone actually thinks like this and thinks it's ok. Then to normalize the thinking in a book is so disturbing.

I enjoyed both the narrator and the context. it seems the author is a kindred spirit. it was the perfect conversation at the perfect time. like a good movie, I could (and probably will) listen to this book again.
I especially like that he could laugh at himself (giggling on a balance ball) and that he shared the conversation with the little boy when talking about creative therapy.
thank you for sharing your story.
