It just wasn’t very well-written. Neat idea and story line but not believable and not well-executed. The readers were good and I kept listening even though parts of it were eye-roll inducing. I wouldn’t recommend this to people who appreciate good literature.

Unique. Unlike anything I've read... I want more.

I don't know what I expected but this went beyond expectations. I guess it's a bit Dexter-ish in that, you root for the bad guy!! But like an intellectual Dexter. Can't wait to devour more books in the series. And don't want to give away too much but GREAT READ!

Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

Extremely entertaining. Like, edge of your seat. Books turned into movies usually disappoint but I think it will be helpful to be able to see some of the things in the book. I'm not familiar with spaceships, per se, so it was difficult at times to visualize som of the scents. But still a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!!

This is one of a series of six meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient Solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties, and this recording uses the third note, which resonates to a frequency of 528hz. This frequency works to heal broken DNA, healing on all levels - emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical - bringing relief from anxiety, fatigue, and control issues. It helps to release negative thinking.

ever since I learned about them; Quantum Physics tells us that everything is made up of energy; we are constantly vibrating. Therefore, using sound tones and vibrational healing actually makes sense to me on a Scientific level. I haven't seen much research about, but this audiobook helps me relax, and I can feel the music in my body. Is it healing me? Who knows?! But I sure do enjoy it :)

Glenn Harrold has a nice voice, and his vocal techniques really resonate with me in a positive way. I listen to this almost every night.

of purely unemotional, militaristic journal-keeping, next to a post-zombie apocalypse :) The writing itself feels kind of dry, but not really in a bad way... It's an Air Force officer writing about how he is dealing with the end of the world (as we know it); he stays very objective and factual. It is almost creepy :)

Great book... I'm reading the second! If you are into what the world will be like when everything changes, then you will like this one!

I did not have a childhood like Annie's, thank goodness, but nobody is perfect. This book really made me think about my childhood, and patterns of abuse; where did they start? How can they stop? What is the best way to overcome trauma?

The only reason I didn't give this book 5 stars was because I did not feel like it was all that balanced. Especially towards the end. I don't know if the author did this on purpose or not, though.

I will say that you really feel for the characters, and I was able to see a little bit of myself in all of the children. Definitely worth the listen!!

Many people have read books such as The Secret or the classic Think And Grow Rich and set about trying the Law Of Attraction for themselves. The Law Of Attraction states whatever you give your attention to is what you attract into your life. Readers are advised to think more about what they want in life in order to bring those things closer using an automatic law of the universe. Unfortunately, a significant percentage of people trying the system will fail to achieve the life of abundance they dream of. A short, relaxing audio track cleans your subconscious....
