This book was a fantastic companion for hundreds of miles and numerous days on the road. Informative and witty, filled with variety and depth of times throughout my life. I will never regret the time spent listening to Charles.

It begins with a chakra visualization with a side dish of shaming. Then it turns into a "how to book" about visualization but not diet, health, weight loss, body shaping or exercise. I am disappointed and feel cheated.
