The story might be quite good, according to reviews, but the piano behind the narration make it sound like a corny soap opera. The effect on me was so bad I put it down after a few chapters.

All "foul" language has been beeped, as if the book was intended for children. Is the publisher trying to protect our tender ears from corruption by immoral language?

I found the whole thing so f-beep-ing offensive after the third beep I deleted it from my library and returned the f-beep-ing book for a f-beep-ing refund.

Are you f-beep-ing sh-beep-ing me???????

What did you love best about Six Amendments?

John Paul Steven's arguments for the proposed amendments.

Who was your favorite character and why?

John Paul Stevens and the Constitution

What didn’t you like about Daniel Hagen’s performance?

He must be the most boring reader ever recorded. Hagen can put anyone to sleep within 5 minutes.

If you could give Six Amendments a new subtitle, what would it be?

Better read it.

Would you listen to Trumpocracy again? Why?

No. Once you read/hear Frum's arguments. there is no need for a second litening session. Frum is a superb writer and expresses his ideas clearly and concisely

What was one of the most memorable moments of Trumpocracy?

His call to conservatives to wake up.

Any additional comments?

I am not a conservative by any stretch of the imagination. However, I really respect conservatives (and liberals) that are true to their principles. Frum is most definitely one of them.

Would you listen to The Common Good again? Why?

Not really. The thesis posited by Prof. Reich is compelling, and well explained enough to make a second reading unnecessary,

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Common Good?

The first two sections.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Avoid changing his voice to sound like, for example, Lincoln, or other personalities. I think Reich has no need to "act" his quotes.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Not that type of book

Would you consider the audio edition of Bolivar to be better than the print version?

No

What was one of the most memorable moments of Bolivar?

The mispronunciation of proper names threw me off, especially as the narrator has excellent command of Spanish pronunciation otherwise.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

Somewhat

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The mispronunciation of proper names by a narrator whose pronunciation of Spanish is otherwise impeccable was shocking to me, and detracted from the enjoyment of te book. For example, "Coró" for "Coro","AlAmo" for "Álamo", "Emparán" for "Emparan", mispronunciations that are unforgivable given that the use of the accent (tilde) in Spanish disambiguates which syllable is to be stressed, and all the proper names in this book are properly spelled in the print version. A bit of enquiring when in doubt by the narrator, the producer and the above all, the director, would go a long way. Double check your work and have it reviewed before publishing, please.
