I have went thru a few other books on this subject but this is the first one I have found that was full of advice everyone can actually follow, not just the select few. Fantastic, easy to understand and most importantly it worked for me. Great book for improving many parts of your life.

The one thing in my opinion that sets this audio book apart from the competition is how good the audio quality is, what i find with all of the other options trading audio books that i have listened to is that you become disconnect with the audio book as how dull the narrator's voice is.

Excellent narration and good questions and answers. The only thing I did not like was hearing the same or similar questions like salary negotiations or hearing about the 30 60 90 plan over and over. It would be good to have questions that more senior individuals would get. More about leadership etc. Otherwise good audio book.

The most comprehensive discussion of Keto I’ve ever come across. It not only walks you through the significant health benefits of Keto it also gives great detail on how to achieve Keto. I will be buying the print book to revisit a lot of the topics as there is such a significant amount of great information.
