There are 5 parts and it only started to get “a little” interesting in Part 4... by part 5, it has become very predictable. The ending... even more boring than the beginning.
I think the writer should just stick to screenwriting instead of writing a novel, because he really worked hard at stretching the story. I don’t u sweat and why others say there’s so much twists and turns... Nope. It’s rather foreseeable.

I like him as an actor, but this is just not amusing at all. I think his voice, especially the high pitched inflection is annoying.

No boring parts. Kept me guessing, and just when you thought you know for sure, more twists happen.

I’m a huge fan of MHC’s novels, but I just couldn’t get past even mid chapter 2. I found this book kind of boring. Returned.

This book has a lot of information but basically it’s just telling you to eat Whole Foods, stay away from sugar and artificial preservatives/additives. It emphasizes and explains why it’s good to fast (great info) BUT AS SOON AS THE NARRATOR SAID “DO NOT PRACTICE VEGANISM” and went on and on about the importance of eating animal products... I had to stop and return. I am vegan and I don’t believe I’m u healthy because I do not consume animal products. Sorry, had to return.
Also, this book tells you to JUICE your veggies and fruits. I think we all know that’s not the ideal option.

This is a great book with a wealth of information on how to restore health naturally. However, I found it difficult to follow the description on how to do the complex yoga poses. If you’re a visual person like me, you’d probably prefer to “read” the book rather than listen to it.

I’m a huge fan of Mary Higgins Clark novels, but I guess I just didn’t like this narrator. I’ll just buy the book and read it. I gave the sorry 3 stars because I didn’t finish it as I returns the audible book.

This book is well-written— a true reflection of someone with a very organized and methodical mind. Even if your home is tidy and organized, it enlightens you with so much information about why and how people become messy (aka slobs). At First, I thought, this woman is weird. In my opinion, she is eccentric, but if you listen (or read) all the way to the last 2 chapters, you’ll know why she values her “thing” (yes, non-living things) as though they have feelings. While I don’t think I will be talking to my clothes, purses, and shoes, I will definitely take all her advise seriously.
