When Daniel Lubetzky started KIND Healthy Snacks in 2004, he aimed to defy the conventional wisdom that snack bars could never be both tasty and healthy, convenient and wholesome. A decade later the transformative power of the company's "AND" philosophy has resulted in an astonishing record of achievement. KIND has become the fastest-growing purveyor of healthy snacks in the country.

I was hoping to learn more. It was all about his company. It was hard to understand because of the heavy accent. I've listened to a lot of books in the past year this was my least favorite. There were a few nuggets here and there but too far apart. It was a struggle to want to finish this one. 😬

In 2004, Julie Rowe was a happy wife and mother. Then her health took a turn for the worse. While in a weakened state, her spirit left her body and entered the Spirit World. An ancestor named John greeted her and showed her many wonderful places there. He also allowed her to read from the Book of Life, which showed her a panorama of the earth's past, present, and future.

Narrator sounds like a young teen girl with no experience. That was painful but the book & content are good!
