Healing is important, and letting go of the past takes time. I like the emphasis here. It's about living now, forgiveness, releasing negative energy. It's great, actually. :)

I like this for a few reasons. The narration and the methods applied mainly. It's a nice way to give yourself permission to be more creative, which is something that I've needed lately. So, I'm a fan!

I've found this motivational so far in terms of getting me to work on personal projects instead of constantly putting them off. That's been a huge difference for me and I appreciate having more motivation to work on things that actually inspire me.
