This is one of the most comprehensive book on nutrition and health I have read/listen to. This book breaks down the complex relationship between what you eat and how you feel and the external forces that shape our beliefs and understandings of food choices.

This book is the perfect guide for anyone struggling to articulate the need the digital transformation within the organization. Whether you're just starting out or you're a veteran change agent, Digital to the Core does an excellent job of organizing and presenting relevant information that every leader needs to not only no but thoroughly understand. As the book points out there's not a single business that is immune to the coming changes the digital era has already set in motion. I found myself wanting to ask questions of the author as I listen to the book. Questions about what other business have done, what can I do. I was pleased to find that my question were answered as the book progressed. I highly recommend this book to any business leader whether you're struggling with the jewel transformation for you believe everything is on the control this book has something to offer.

I really liked the format of this book. I read Liz's other book, Multipliers and loved it so I thought I'd try this one. I'm so glad I did.

There are so many great ideas and stories I had to make a list to be sure I wouldn't forget any. Now all I have to do is forget all I know and focus on what it don't.

This book does an excellent job illustrating the importance of knowing your reason for being in business. The author's knowledge and his experience are put to great use as he weaves facts and stories into competing manifesto of WHY.
As I listen to the first couple of chapters I began to wonder if the book was really something that I would be able to identify with but, as I got further into the book I could stop listening. So glad I stuck with it, this is one of my favorite books in the past 5 years.

One view of our future.

The content of the message is enhanced by the fact that it is presented as a story about people we can all identify with. The framework layout by the author is clear and consistent through out the book.

If you listen to this book and don't come away with a plan as to how you can improve yourself and any team you are part of, I would be very surprise.

The book strikes a good balance between behavioral management and functioning with-in a team. While some of the messages are common sense, the author makes use of our familiarity to expand our understanding of the topic. If you are not will to take an honest look at yourself and your team members then this book is not for you. However, if you are willing to go to the hard places this book gives detailed steps to help teams become better communicators & collaborators.

If you are a member of a team and want to achieve better results, read the book then pass it on to your team leader.

If you are a team leader, read this book and then get a copy for each of your team members.
