This is definitely one of them. I don't know the world that is spoken about but this book brought me closer to understanding that perspective. thousands of children locked up in detention? I didn't know. now I do.

In Beyond the Messy Truth, Jones offers a blueprint for transforming our collective anxiety into meaningful change. Tough on Donald Trump but showing respect and empathy for his supporters, Jones takes aim at the failures of both parties before and after Trump's victory. He urges both sides to abandon the politics of accusation and focus on real solutions. Calling us to a deeper patriotism, he shows us how to get down to the vital business of solving, together, some of our toughest problems.

Superstar comedian and Hollywood box-office star Kevin Hart turns his immense talent to the written word by writing some words. Some of those words include: the, a, for, above, and even even. Put them together and you have the funniest, most heartfelt, and most inspirational memoir on survival, success, and the importance of believing in yourself since Old Yeller.

I've harbored feeling of terror since the 2016 election. I never loved a president before Obama and I never hated a president before Trump. I've even considered severing relationships with beloved friends who voted for him. Fortunately I didn't but still wanted to understand just what happened. I am so thankful for this book. I'm still angry-not so much because he win but because I keep waking to his fresh insanity every day. I worry that I can't heal. This book helped put some of the misunderstood perspectives of my fellow Americans in perspective. It is honest and I believe in Hillary Clinton's sincerity. She makes me want to be a better citizen.
