this book read really well and kept me interested entirely. however because there's so much useful information I may need to also buy the physical copy of the book to review the concepts.

Russ Harris offers a surprising solution to low self-confidence, shyness, and insecurity: Rather than trying to "get over" our fears, he says, the secret is to form a new and wiser relationship with them. Paradoxically, it's only when we stop struggling against our fearfulness that we begin to find lasting freedom from it.

I loved that the author talked about being mindful instead of building up false self esteem only to have it plunge again. The examples he gave were ready to understand and very relatable! The narrator was engaging and clear as well.
