tell her to read this book. its not what the hype made it out to be. i dont think its salacious, but it definitely explains how this volatile, unqualified individual came to be our president and how he is ill pre-pared and the government is on cruise control waiting for this to all be over.

some of the dialog was eye-rolling, unbelievable and yeah right a guy would say that... but over all a good romance. not to raunchy but just the right amount of heat.

The constant use of the characters thoughts is so distracting that it took me over a month to finish this book. Completing this book became more of a task than a desire. It was a decent plot but the writting was awful and uncharacteristic of Kendra Elliott. kendra elliot is a better writer than this. the storyline was slow and as if she was writing to fulfill the publishers demands without telling the story. Oh Kendra im still a fan but i will never read another book of yours written in this format. Stick with what works for you. i like picking up a book and knowing its yours without reading the cover. this is not you!

it was nothing that stood out that made the story lovable or memorable. a long way from the with you series but still a decent read for a lazy afternoon. besy thing about her writing is it doesnt drag on. the storyline moves right alone without taking an aspect of the novel and beating it until there was nothing there. one reason i didnt give high than 3 stars is because i would have liked to know about the plane crash...

i love the tv show but the book as always is waaaaaay better! i love the parallel worlds of lettie book vs tv. Either way if you cant find a part of you in her (tv or book lettie) then you havent lived long enough!

So many times in series you can tell the author should have ended it 2 to 3 books ago. The writings appear forced and lacks the luster of the original book. This series is the exception. you can tell that the author put effort and heart into writing the final book. She did not take us readers for granted as so many of us avid readers will finish the series despite the fact that the series went south books ago. It was entertaining. The chemistry between Hunter and Gabby was delightful and the journey to love was a pleasure read. i dont normally give 5 stars. Favorite book in the series. I immediately read it again for the enjoyment.

storyline seems good. I like a book series but she narrates the other three. So I would have to read the rest. don't have that kind of time in my bust life to read the other three. but I cannot take the impediment. it's not her fault it's a fault of mine. I'm so distracted with her impediment that I can't focus on the book. in the beginning I though how rude she's eating a piece if candy while narrating this book. then I realized that it's likely her tongue she's tongue-tied. if it doesn't bother you you will enjoy the book.

it was the most uncomfortable read of my life! I hate I bought this book. mean actually paid money for it. this is pure port! I could not finish this book. I tried to fast forward over the sex to get the storyline. good luck with that. so disappointed. my fault though because I read reviews and saw the really good rating and simply didn't pay attention. but hey if that's your thing porn on paper you'll probably love it. I'm so disappointed because i really wanted to know how the storyline ended. oh well.

umm... I could accept the psychic abilities in the first 1. but healing powers strong enough to instantly heal and bring somebody back from near death. come on! the storyline minus this tomfoolery is good enough to stand on its on merits. the only reason why I'm moving to book 3 is because I need to find out how it ends. Wonder what superhero power will show up in the next book... it's like a bad version of x-men.

this series has never been as good as the bones series but I hung in there because I like the way Kendra writes. unfortunately I knew who the killer was from the first meeting. I don't like that. I like to be left guessing until the very end. I don't feel like she put creative effort into the writing. I had to start over about 6 times because the beginning is so slow that you loose interest.
