Enzo knows he is different from other dogs: a philosopher with a nearly human soul (and an obsession with opposable thumbs), he has educated himself by watching television extensively and by listening very closely to the words of his master, Denny Swift, an up-and-coming race car driver.

The Chopin Manuscript is a unique collaboration among 15 of the world's greatest thriller writers. In writing the first chapter, Jeffery Deaver conceived the characters and set the plot in motion. 14 more authors - including Lee Child, Lisa Scottoline, Joseph Finder, David Hewson, S. J. Rozan, and P. J. Parrish - each wrote a chapter in turn. It then returned to Deaver to complete what he started, and bring The Chopin Manuscript to its explosive conclusion.
