Master vampire Ian is unrepentant, shameless...and every shade of wicked. He’s made one too many enemies in his two centuries of existence, including Dagon, a demon who now lays claim to his soul. Ian’s only chance to escape Dagon is to join forces with a Law Guardian, but he's never been able to abide by the rules for long.

ugh, I don't know what happened to one of my favorite narrators but Tavia Gilbert is in and out of the main characters accent so much it's annoying. And her Chinese accent is HORRIBLE. The story was okay. Glad Ian finally finds love, but the author needs to keep her political beliefs out of her writing. Yes, I caught you sly global warming remark, Al Gore (aka Jeaniene). I would have given it a higher rating if it weren't for the shotty narration (believe me it pains me to say that), but it is what it is. Hopefully she gets better by the next Ian book.

A young couple buys a beautiful house by a picturesque lake in the Catskills, looking to escape the bustle of the city to raise their newborn baby. It is a perfect place for a fresh start. Except that nothing is ever as perfect as it seems. As autumn nights close in around their home, they learn that darkness takes many forms. And sometimes that darkness is hungry. New York Times best-selling author Jonathan Maberry delivers an unsettling Audible Original that will give listeners the Halloween creeps all year round.

Scarlett would do anything to save her unborn baby, even return to a time she never thought she'd see again. Not for a moment had she missed the constant scrutiny of a celebrity life. To reappear now, inexplicably pregnant in the eyes of the modern world would create a media circus, but Scarlett knows she can overcome any obstacles with Laird at her side and the help of new friends drawn together across time itself by the enigmatic Scotsman known as Auld Donell.

I like this book, but the author needs to back away from "delicious" and "cherished." There has to be other words to use because these, especially delicious, are used to the point of nauseam. I love this narrator. One of my favorites.

Believed to be the victim of a serial killer, Kovac and Liska are determined to do the girl the small justice of returning her body to her family as they investigate her case, but it is no simple task matching the broken corpse to any of the scores of missing persons reports.
