This is a very informative health book. Surprisingly, it doesn't read like a sermon. Rather, it demonstrates that what God has said about our diet is the best path toward health and healing. Choose life, and read the book!

Like it or not, your every move is being watched and analyzed. Consumers' identities are being stolen, and a person's every step is being tracked and stored. What once might have been dismissed as paranoia is now a hard truth, and privacy is a luxury few can afford or understand. In this explosive yet practical book, Kevin Mitnick illustrates what is happening without your knowledge - and he teaches you "the art of invisibility".

from what I can tell, this book has excellent information. However, the detail required to maintaining invisibility online or elsewhere is very difficult. one would almost have to be OCD to keep up with everything required. It seems more stressful to be invisible then it's worth to me. but if you want to do it this book will teach you how!

I really enjoyed this clearly written book. It was extremely informative and even encouraging. I also like the fact that it was repetitive at sometimes. It wasn't excessively repetitive. Rather, it was repetitive enough to make sure that the central ideas were reiterated enough to understand. I also like the fact that multiple options were offered to make incorporating fasting realistic for anyone.

The author was so thorough. He offered the reason behind the reason for so many of his contentions. You walk away knowing more and understanding the logic behind what you know. Also, the presentation was excellent! Time will tell if this plan will work for me, but it should. It's logical, and it is clear that the alternatives don't work so well. Great read! I'm going for round two.

Why is it that so many efforts by liberals to lift the black underclass not only fail, but often harm the intended beneficiaries? In Please Stop Helping Us, Jason L. Riley examines how well-intentioned welfare programs are in fact holding black Americans back. Minimum-wage laws may lift earnings for people who are already employed, but they price a disproportionate number of blacks out of the labor force. Affirmative action in higher education is intended to address past discrimination, but the result is fewer black college graduates than would otherwise exist.

This book has several great observations. Most are and enlightening and many are undeniable. Yet, I felt the writer took such a hard stance against Obama and the left that he failed to recognize any significant contributions of both. I'm a conservative African-American; however, I don't think, nor do I ever want to convey that all things left are bad for blacks. I really enjoyed the book though and highly recommend it.
