I feel like I've been living on another planet and I'm the alien. I still thought our food came from farms. This book is a AHA moment. Thank you so much for the information that lead me to Food Inc and other videos. This makes my shift to vegan and meditation very meaningful. I've been attending hot yoga classes for the last year and a half, but still did not know anything about the animal abuse. Thanks again for the eye opener. I haven't been keeping this to myself.
