I wasn't sure i would learn anything new about the people featured in the book, but i did. i thoroughly enjoyed the book. It is filled with gems. John compassionately delivered the hard message about doing what you have to do. i especially appreciated the epilogue where he reveals how getting cancer reactivated ans renewed his focus for what he does and why. i will definitely listen to this again.

Fumio Sasaki is not an enlightened minimalism expert or organizing guru like Marie Kondo - he's just a regular guy who was stressed out and constantly comparing himself to others, until one day he decided to change his life by saying goodbye to everything he didn't absolutely need. The effects were remarkable: Sasaki gained true freedom, new focus, and a real sense of gratitude for everything around him.

I didn't know that Sasaki would touch upon the various topics discussed. I found in this book some of the most beautifully convincing point of views about life and happiness, and certainly, love. The extra bonus is that I laughed a lot while listening.
Here is the potential to find to the keys to free yourself. And I didn't know that all along, the keys were in my hand. I needed this. I am so lucky to have happened upon this book simply because I thought the title is cool. So im about to listen again.
