I absolutely love Mel Robbins!! She speaks truth to all of our flaws in a way that makes you feel like you are not alone, and not being judged for being “stuck” in a certain phase of life or circumstance.

I’ve been in therapy for many years, and while I would never change a single session of that in my own personal growth journey, I can safely say that if I had come across Mel 5 years ago, I wouldn’t need it.

I started with the 5 second rule (followed by purchasing the journal because I believed in that), then moved onto Kick A$$ with Mel, then I started Mindset Reset (late but finished) and now I have just completed Take Control of Your Life.

I’m a better wife, mother, daughter and friend because I am learning to love everything about “my people” and their pain and help coach them with the same positivity I feel from Mel.

If I want to eat it, 54321 I eat it. If I want to work out, 54321 I workout. If I catch myself thinking negative about myself, 54321 I say something positive to myself to correct the behavior.

I’ve made some seriously messed up and risky decisions in my life and hurt people that I live along the way. In my belief system, I have forgiveness for that through someone higher than me who lives me but I hadn’t forgiven myself.
I’m silencing the fears that I have beat myself up over and I am watching an entirely different person emerge brick by brick and even when I stumble, I give myself grace, apologize if necessary and move on.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Mel and her team who allow all of us to feel loved, and for kicking our asses just enough that we can start walking again.

Read or listen to ANYTHING by Mel, I dare you to not be changed!!!!

❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm in awe with the fact that one of the most humble women on the face of the earth has Jesus just pouring out of her with reckless abandon. Jenny is guiding not just me, but a legion of women who are Christ followers to truly understand what our purpose on this earth should look and feel like. Grace? Freedom? Purpose? It all pours out of these chapters and just when you think you are ready to close the book for the night, you get the "What if you stop doing things FOR God and started doing things WITH God"? A real challenge to once again, be authentic, be forgiven and above all else, be FOR HIM and WITH HIM.
