Hollywood star Ashe Hunter has done many things to get ahead...some of them best kept hidden from the public eye. To his fans, Ashe Hunter is the perfect man, the classically trained British actor taking Hollywood and Broadway by storm...But to someone from his past, Ashe is her ticket to Hollywood fame, and she'll do anything to get it even if it means tearing down the perfect image he built for himself long after he left her.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the first book, Loving Ashe, which was told from Riley's perspective. This second book picks up where the first left off but it is told from Ashe's perspective. Which I just love, because the british accent is so hot! The narrator does a great job bringing to life the character. The story moves well with a good bit of action and romance mixed together. I would happily recommend this book to any listener!

Sating his dark hunger was all he ever cared for...until she crossed his path. From the moment he meets his beautiful Thea, her emerald eyes and tender heart call to him like a siren's song. But she is human, and unless Warin can uncover the truth of their connection, he'll never be able to possess her the way he so desperately desires.

As one of the top paid defense-men in the NHL, my life has been a revolving door of beautiful women and no-strings-attached sex. Until Brynne. It was only supposed to be a one-night-fling. Hell, it wasn't even supposed to be that. I knew the cardinal rule. Don't touch the coach's daughter. And for years, I kept my hands to myself. It wasn't difficult considering Brynne Jacobs hates my guts.

Riley is still traumatized by her break up with now-celeb Gareth when she gets trapped in an elevator with sexy brit Ashe. The story has a lot of drama, and at times I want to strangle Riley to tell her sister to shut up and just live her life. In the end, Riley did some growing and was able to find her new happy healthy place.

a fantastically dark mob romance with a strong leading lady in Mira and her tough, stubborn husband Blaine. The narration was at first a little hard because of the British accents but I quickly got into the plot lines and deeply invested in the characters. the steamimess was off the charts and quite hot!

For two long terrifying years, Sakhi Borren, and her beloved brother Reve, are headed to live at The Complex. An enclosed metal and concrete manufactured world on the barren planet Lorn, the Complex is some government's version of a good idea. Its sole purpose is to "heal the rifts between warring races" - a joke if ever Sakhi heard one. If she and her brother can survive to the end, they'll leave, far richer. In the meantime, all they can look forward to is co-existing with criminals and the scumbags known as Metas.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

The story really picked up steam and kept me interested and connected to the characters. The detail of the world of the Complex made it more believable and helped to understand the challenges the characters went through.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I liked Reve, he was funny and stubborn and protective - just like an older brother should be.

What does Lynn Norris bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She did a fantastic job with the voices of the male characters so that I instantly knew who was speaking and started to forget it was just one narrator. Fantastic narration, great emotion and connection with the characters.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

absolutely.
