Daisy Minor is bored. Worse than that, she's boring. A plain, small-town librarian, she's got a wardrobe as sexy as a dictionary and hasn't been on a date in years. She's never even had a lukewarm love affair, let alone a hot one. So when she wakes up on her 34th birthday and wonders how it is that she still lives with her widowed mom and spinster aunt while her friends have all gotten married and started families, she decides it's time to get a life - and a sex life.

If anyone ever said being an adult was easy, they hadn't been one long enough. Diana Casillas can admit it: she doesn't know what the hell she's doing half the time. How she's made it through the last two years of her life without killing anyone is nothing short of a miracle. Being a grown-up wasn't supposed to be so hard.

I like Mariana's books because they aren't the typical insta love romance books. This book was very sweet and I loved the characters! I liked that she even brought back some characters from her other books. Good story and well worth the credit!

Scott is a great author and I really enjoy her stories! I actually really liked this book. It wasn't in her typical fashion but it was a great read. I don't think this is YA even though it is set in a high school setting. This seems more mature content. I loved the HEA and how she wasn't the perfect girl in the story, she was so comfortable with herself. I really thought the story made a good point about having a positive body image, not everyone is a size zero and I loved that!

JR Ward KNOWS how to write a book. She has her formula and no matter how many books of hers I have read I am never disappointed. I love the BDB world and all the brothers. I really enjoyed this story and the characters on the edge of the brotherhood. Even though her book is over 14 hours long it doesn't seem like it to me! I am ALWAYS wanting more at the end. It's not a cliffhanger feeling, I just want to hear more about the story. I love Sola and her grandmother's interaction. They had me smiling the whole time. I also loved Asail and the twins and how much they cared for Sola and her vovo. I enjoyed hearing about V and Jane but I wasn't as interested in their storyline. I think this is well worth the credit.

This single gal has had enough of the games, the BS, and the endless chase. I know what I want most, and it's not true love. It's a bun in the oven, and I'm not afraid to hit up my sex-on-a-stick coworker to do the job. Ryder is gorgeous, witty, and wild - and he's also a notorious commitmentphobe. That makes him the perfect candidate to make a deposit in the bank of me. I won't fall for him, he won't fall for me, and there's no way baby will make three. Right?

Jeannette Walls grew up with parents whose ideals and stubborn nonconformity were both their curse and their salvation. Rex and Rose Mary Walls had four children. In the beginning, they lived like nomads, moving among Southwest desert towns, camping in the mountains. Rex was a charismatic, brilliant man who, when sober, captured his children's imagination. Rose Mary painted and wrote and couldn't stand the responsibility of providing for her family; she called herself an "excitement addict."

Wonderful story. Simply inspiring! I love how the author makes you feel empathy for the characters but she still stays true to her story. I understood her love and patience for her parents. They did love their children in their own way. They struggled with addiction and emotional / behavioral disorders but they did manage to raise great resilient kids.

I really love this author, but this was not one of her best works. The narration was spot on, as always. The story just felt way too predictable to me. I knew the killer right away. It was just so obvious to me. I thought the characters were overly quirky. Their behavior didn't seem realistic to me. I really prefer the Will Trent series and I can't wait until the next book comes out.
