the narrative was great. many interviews with the people involved in the investigation of a ponzi scheme. The story was very interesting. The narrative used recorded conversations with the actual people and some were phone conversations which were a little muffled. I found it difficult to recognize which voice belonged to whom, even the narrator's voice seemed to change in sound based on the sound mastering . I would recommend this book

Hardcore Self Help: F**k Depression is the follow-up to the best-selling F**K Anxiety. In this book I take the information, tips, and insights that I have gained as a psychologist and translate them into language that doesn't suck. This is the self-help book for people who don't usually like self-help books. In Hardcore Self Help: F**K Depression, I talk to you like a friend. That means I speak directly to you, without psychobabble. Instead I tell you why your brain is such a troll.

I loved this book. I finished it over 3 days only. The narrator speaks casually with you and breaks things down into understandable language. The book contains information about depression, ways you can seek help, and ways you can get started to better yourself. I really really like his reading style. It's not too boring to listen to and is actually captivating. Thanks Dr Duff!
